How does the free month work?
Sign up with your email and ride free for a month, with no card to enter.
What happens when my free month ends?
You can keep riding for free: Just Ride, 30 minutes, Steady and Medium. Subscribe for courier rides, intervals, longer and harder rides, and to spend your lire on new worlds and kit. Your riders, rides and lire are all kept.
How do I cancel?
Any time, in Settings → Account → Manage billing. You keep riding until the end of the month or year you've paid for.
Can I switch between monthly and yearly?
Yes, in the same place. Moving to yearly starts straight away, and what's left of your month comes off the price. Moving to monthly starts when your year is up.
What else do I need?
An indoor bike with a Bluetooth speed sensor on it, and Chrome or Edge on a computer. No smart trainer needed. More on what you need
Do new worlds cost extra?
No. You unlock them by riding. Every ride and every parcel you deliver earns lire, Passo's in-game money, which you spend in the Mercato on new worlds, kit, bike paint and companions. Lire can't be bought with real money.
Can I get a refund?
Your subscription starts as soon as you pay, so once it's started it can't be refunded. You can cancel at any time, and you keep the whole game until the end of the month or year you've paid for. If something doesn't work as it should, get in touch and we'll put it right.
